Full Disclosure - Chris' Team at Pladd Dot Music pioneered the features and form of ClerkHound with myself and Russell Thackston. They included all of the features that are needed by a modern music store to run their daily business. They knew that ClerkHound would allow for the growth of sales and profits, but never imagined how much until the first sales quarter came in.

ClerkHound: So - you've now used ClerkHound for 7 months in your store. How's it going?
